Monthly fees

One flat fee per property, per month

These are our published administration rates. The fee does not change with occupancy, nightly rate or season, and it is not a projection of your income.

Included in the flat fee

  • Quarterly pricing review against local comparables
  • Maintenance requests logged, assigned and closed with photo evidence
  • Guest messaging, check-in coordination and issue handling inside the support window
  • Monthly owner report with occupancy, average daily rate and resolved requests
  • Cleaning and utility invoices tracked against the property ledger

Billed separately at cost

  • Cleaning and laundry per turnover
  • Repairs, parts and materials at supplier invoice
  • Booking platform commission and payment processing fees
  • Consumables, linens and welcome supplies
  • Registration, permits and legal advice where required
