This Privacy Policy explains how yulvania.com ("we", "us"), an LLC registered in Ukraine (EDRPOU 55074489), at Business Center 'Avalon', 12 Khreshchatyk Street, Kyiv, 01001, Ukraine, processes personal data of landlords and guests in line with Law of Ukraine No. 2297-VI of 01.06.2010 'On Personal Data Protection'.

1. Data We Collect

From landlords: name, contact details, property details, payment information. From guests: name, contact details, booking details. We also collect technical data via cookies.

2. Purposes and Legal Basis

We process data to perform contracts, comply with Law of Ukraine No. 675-VIII of 03.09.2015 'On Electronic Commerce', and for legitimate interests. Consent is required for non-essential cookies under Law of Ukraine No. 1089-IX of 16.12.2020 'On Electronic Communications' and Law No. 2297-VI.

3. Sharing

We share data with payment processors, IT providers, and authorities when required. We do not sell personal data.

4. Retention

We keep data as long as needed for the purposes above, then delete or anonymize it, unless law requires longer storage.

5. Your Rights

You may access, rectify, erase, restrict, or object to processing, and withdraw consent. Complaints can be made to the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights. Under Law of Ukraine No. 3153-IX of 10.06.2023 'On Consumer Protection', you may also use out-of-court dispute resolution.
