1. Independent Service

yulvania.com LLC provides an independent rental administration service. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or an agent of any booking platform or listing site. Platform names belong to their owners; we do not control their rules or outcomes.

2. Fees and Eligibility

You must be 18+ and able to contract. Fees are shown at order or pricing pages, due as invoiced, and non-refundable except where law requires. We may change fees with notice.

3. No Guarantees

We do not guarantee occupancy, bookings, income, ranking, or financial results. Illustrations are not promises; results depend on factors outside our control.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill. Total liability is limited to fees paid in the three months before the claim.

5. Consumer Rights and Disputes

Nothing limits your rights under the Law of Ukraine No. 3153-IX of 10.06.2023 'On Consumer Protection'. Contact us at contact@yulvania.com. You may use out-of-court dispute resolution and contact the State Service of Ukraine for Food Safety and Consumer Protection.

6. E-Commerce and Data

We provide information required by the Law of Ukraine No. 675-VIII of 03.09.2015 'On Electronic Commerce'. Personal data is processed under the Law of Ukraine No. 2297-VI of 01.06.2010 'On Personal Data Protection'. Non-essential cookies need prior consent under the Law of Ukraine No. 1089-IX of 16.12.2020 'On Electronic Communications' and Law No. 2297-VI.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms; material changes are posted here with a new effective date. Continued use is acceptance.
